Introduction:
CoachIn is a transformative mentorship program designed to support and guide aspiring women engineers. The 2025 edition would mark the sixth year of this initiative. CoachIn focuses on empowering second-year B.Tech students from across India.
Through CoachIn, participants connect with experienced mentors, gain valuable industry insights, and accelerate their professional growth. This program is dedicated to unlocking the potential of future leaders in engineering.

Eligibility Criterion:
- Currently in the second year of study, enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Maintaining a minimum CGPA of 70%.
Timeline:
The LinkedIn CoachIn program in India takes place in April. Applications are expected to be released during March.
Selection Process:
- Registration: Register on the CoachIn website by providing basic information such as your name, college name, specialization, graduation year, and LinkedIn profile.
- Hackerrank Test: A week later, you’ll receive an invitation for a Hackerrank Test scheduled . The test will include three coding questions of easy to medium difficulty.
- Phone Screening Round: Following the test, you’ll have a phone interview with a LinkedIn representative. This Managerial Round will cover questions about your motivation to join the program, your experiences with open source, and what drives you to pursue your dreams.
- Selection: After few days, you’ll be notified of your selection into the program. You'll be provided with courses to enhance your technical and soft skills. The orientation program, held in mid-April, will include knowledge sessions and interactions with the LinkedIn team, giving you insights into LinkedIn’s culture and the essence of the CoachIn program.
